Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce each bowel 1/4 of abc sauce,1 chopped red onion, 1 half chopped cucumber, 2 1/2 cups of white rice, finely chopped spring onions for topping and sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 100g of smoked salmon fillets
Method
- 1-Cook rice first and prepare the chopped cucumber and onion for the side 2- stain the rice seperate into 2 bowel and add in the abc sauce and soy sauce together and mice the rice3- add in the cucumber and onion and the sesame seeds on top with some mayo as well to top it off
