Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup sushi or Arborio rice
- 500g fresh salmon
- Frozen salad edamame beans (200g bag)
- Sriracha sauce
- soy sauce
- Obento yaki nori for sushi
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Method
- Season fish and fry in pan with a little olive oul
- Cook the sushi rice in pot or microwave
- Microwave the 200g bag of edamame salad beans for 2 min
- Shred the cooked salmon and add to cooked sushi rice and edamame beans
- Add sriracha sauce, kewpie mayonnaise and soy sauce to your taste. (About 2tablespons of sriracha, 2 table spoons of soy sauce and 3 table spoons of kewpie mayonnaise
- Mix through. Taste and add more of the sauces if necessary.
- Cut the yaki nori sheets into quarters.Slice up some avocado
- Eat as decontructed sushi. Enjoy!
