Ingredients
- Salmon 400gm
- Upon noodles 1 pkt
- 1/2 head broccoli, 10 snow peas, 1/2 red capsicum, parsley
- 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 tbs mixing, 1 clove garlic crushed, 1 tbs ginger, 1 tsp sugar
- Udon sauce, 5 tbs soy sauce, 5 tbs lime juice, 2 tsp sesame oil
Method
- Cook noodles as per pkt
- Make marinade and place salmon fillets in for at least one hour, then take out salmon, put marinade in small saucepan, boil until thickened
- Mix all sauces, mix into noodles
- Make a foil basket in airfryer, place salmon, cook about 3 minutes each side or until cooked on 180.
- Place noodles with sauce mixed through, place vegetables & salmon on top. Pour over thickened sauce
