Ingredients
- 1 Salmon Fillet, Skin On (Frozen)
- 1/2 cup Obento Sushi Rice
- 1/2 Avocado, flayed
- 3-5 florets of Broccoli
- 1 dash of White vinegar (to taste)
- A light drizzle of Sesame Oil
- 1/2 TBSP Naturally brewed Soy Sauce
- Obento Furikake Nori Seasoning (to taste)
- Kewpie Mayonnaise (to taste)
- 1 Cup Water
- Seasoning for salmon (pepper, etc)
Method
- Rinse Obento Sushi Rice until water runs clear. In a small pot, add 1 cup of water to cleaned rice and bring to the boil, before reducing to low heat and cook for 10 minutes or until water is fully absorbed.
- Cook fillet of salmon, from frozen, in an airfryer set to 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Once cooked, season to taste (pepper, etc.)
- Steam florets of Broccoli until tender.
- Flay 1/2 Avocado.
- Once rice is cooked, season with white vinegar and sesame oil. Let cool for roughly 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 1/2 TBSP of soy sauce before filling bowl with rice. Top the rice with salmon Fillet, avocado and broccoli. Season bowl with Obento Furikake Nori Seasoning. Drizzle Kewpie Mayonnaise over dish, to taste.
- Enjoy before it cools!
