Ingredients
- Obento yaki nori for sushi
- Obento sushi rice prepared as per directions adding the sushi vinegar
- Obento sushi vinegar
- Obento pickled ginger
- Wasabi paste
- Smoked salmon slices
- Avocado slices
- Cream cheese ( spreadable)
- Sushi seasoning
Method
- Lay nori flat and make slit half way in from side at base to centre of sheet. To the quarter of sheet on bottom left spread cream cheese thinly. To second quarter (top left) spread preprepared sushi rice and sprinkle with seasoning. To top right quarter lay down layer of salmon slices & to last quarter lay down avocado.dot/ spread wasabi to any quarter as desired. Fold each quarter over next to form smaller square and slice through middle to make 2 triangles to serve. Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi
