Ingredients
- Potatoes x 3
- 200g tinned salmon
- 2tbs green Thai curry paste
- Shallots
- Salt and pepper
- Ginger
- Kewpie mayo
- 2 eggs
- Panko crumbs
Method
- Boil and mash potatoes
- In a bowl combined tinned salmon, potatoes, shallots, curry paste, ginger, kewpie mayonnaise, salt and pepper, eggs, panko crumbs
- Heat vegetable oil in fry pan, lightly coat fish patties in extra panko crumbs then fry 3 min each side
- Cool and serve with more Mayo and sweet chilli sauce
