Ingredients
- Salmon Fillet
- Fresh coriander, fresh chilli, fresh ginger,fresh lime coconut milk, kewpie mayonnaise, kewpie roasted sesame dressing and S&B instant Miso soup.
Method
- Pan fry Salmon fillet for 2.5 min on each side or longer if fillet is thick. While Salmon is cooking Mix together is small jug2TBLspn coconut milk2TBLspn Kewpie Mayo1TBLspn Kewpie roasted sesame dressing1Sachet of S&B Instant miso soup mixJuice and rind of half a lime1Tspn fresh grated gingerMix well then pour over salmon Fillet in the fry pan leave for 30 seconds. Remove from pan, place on plate of grated carrots and cucumber. Pour over pan juices and top with fresh coriander and chilli and a squeeze of lime juice.
