
Ingredients
- 500g Beef - marinated in Lee Kum Kee Teryaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 red capsicum - chopped
- 1 head of brocolli - chopped
- 2 carrots - chopped
- 1 onion - chopped
- 2 packets of Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- Dash of olive oil
Method
- Steam chopped carrots and brocolli
- Sautee chopped onion until brown and add chopped capsicum to soften
- Remove onion and capsicum from the pan and add marinated beef to the pan
- Once beef is cook add the onion, capsicum, brocolli and carrots to mix together
- Add a dash of salty soy sauce and serve with rice or without! Delicious.
