Ingredients
- 1 splash neutral ooil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 spring onions
- 500g pork mince
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 4 medium mushrooms diced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Iceberg lettuce
- 1 227g tin Valcom water chestnuts
Method
- Cook chopped spring onions, garlic and ginger in oil for two minutes
- Add pork and cook until browned
- Add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat until liquid reduces
- Serve in iceberg lettuce leaf cups or on its own
