Ingredients
- 300g beef mince
- 1 half red capsicum
- 2 spring onions whites and greens
- 1 tin sliced water chestnuts drained and chopped Valcom brand only
- 1 pouch Lee kum kee sang choy bow sauce
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 packet fried noodles optional
Method
- Pre heat over medium heat a non stick pan, brown mince drain excess fats.
- Add diced capsicum, chopped spring onions and diced water chestnuts to pan sauté for 4 mins or until softened
- Add sauce mixture, sauté for 4 mins
- Add crispy noodles optional
- Serve in lettuce cups
