Ingredients
- Can of Valcom water chestnuts sliced
- Garlic and onion oil
- Diced chicken 500g
- 1x Packet of fresh stir fry vegetables
- Sachet of san choy bow sauce
Method
- In a hot pan add the garlic onion oil and swirl it to cover . Add diced chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Add the sauce and toss and continue to stir fry for roughly 2 more minutes. Then add the water chestnuts and toss til heated through. Serve
