Ingredients
- Corn flour 1.5 teaspoons & 3 tablespoons water
- Soy sauce 1.5 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 teaspoons white sugar
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 400 grams pork mince
- 1 small carrot chopped
- 1/2 can water chestnuts
- Lettuce leaves
Method
- Combine water & cornflour to paste
- Add soy sauce oyster sauce sesame oil mirin & sugar - mix well - put aside
- Fry 1/2 chopped onion & 3 cloves garlic & 2cm finely sliced ginger
- Add 499 grams pork mince & cook until it turns white
- Add diced carrot
- Add chestnuts
- Pour in sauce & cook for 2 minutes on low
- Serve in previously wash lettuce leaves
- Wrap leaves around your wonder dish & enjoy
