Ingredients
- 1tbsp Olive Oil
- 500g Beef Mince
- 6 Cups Lettuce
- 1 Can Water Chestnuts
- 2tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 2cups Mushroom
- 1tbsp Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
Method
- Oil pan and add beef mince and keep mixing!
- Once browned, add chestnuts and mushrooms.
- Add in all of your sauces.
- Allow to cook for a further 5 minutes.Transfer fried food from the pan to the Lettuce!
