Ingredients
- Pork & chicken mince 300g
- 350g water chestnuts
- 1 onion
- Mushrooms 100g
- Diced carrot
- One capsicum
- Kos kettuce
- 1 tablespoon each of soy; sesame oil; water;; Mirin, oyster sauce
Method
- Brown mince and onions; add mushrooms, capsicum carrot cook 2 mins
- Combine sauces and add to meat, onions and vegetables.cook for 2 mins
- Serve on individual lettuce leaf and garnish with peanuts and Mirin dipping sauce
