Ingredients
- 400 grams chicken
- 2 sliced onion
- 3 chopped French shallots
- 3 cloves diced fresh garlic
- Half table spoon chilli oil
- 2 or 4 teaspoons of lee kum kee satay sauce
- 2 sliced carrots, thin
- Chinese wine to taste
- Fave rice
Method
- Simmer diced shallots and garlic
- Add chicken and half to 3/4 cook, remove chicken from wok
- Stir fry onions and carrots, mix in 2 or 3 teaspoons of satay sauce
- Re introduce chicken along with final teaspoon of satay sauce
