Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Rice wine vinegar
- 400g salmon fillets
- 1 avocado
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- Pickled ginger
- Edamame beans
- Teriyaki sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Soy sauce
- S&b wasabe
- Obento yaki nori for sushi sheets
Method
- Cook 400g sushi rice according to instructions and allow to cool before adding 1tsp of rice wine vinegar
- Marinade the salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 1hr
- In a small non-stick frypan, cook the salmon fillets
- Slice the avocado, carrots and cucumber as shown in the picture
- Serve the rice into 4 bowls and add all cooked and sliced ingredients plus the edamame beans.Garnish with yaki nori sushi sheets and serve with wasabe and soy sauce.
