Ingredients
- 300gm fresh pasta
- 4tbs soy sauce, 4 tbs mirin,4 tbs yakitori sauce, 2 cloves crushed garlic,1 tbs ginger, 1 tsp sugar.
- 400gm salmon, 4 scallops, 6 prawns 1/2 onion, fresh parsley, cream, salt & pepper, fresh chives
Method
- place all sauces,garlic, ginger & sugar in bowl, place salmon in for at least 20 min
- sear scallops in clarified butter. reserve. cook off finely diced onion & garlic, add shell on, deveined prawns for 2 min, reserve. deglaze pan with white wine. add cream, salt, pepper,parsley.
- place salmon in airfryer for 5 - 6 min, reserve. cook pasta in boiling salted water till cooked to your liking.
- place drained pasta into pan with sauce, heat through, add shredded salmon, scallops, prawns, top with fresh chives
