Ingredients
- Seaweed (1 sheet)
- Avocado (2 tbsp)
- Tuna or Salmon (2 tbsp)
- Mayonnaise (1 tsp) optional
- Tamari for dipping (optional)
Method
- Lay seaweed sheet out flat
- Add avocado to one third mashed up
- Add tuna/salmon on top of avocado
- Add mayonnaise if you like
- Roll up the seaweed with avocado and tuna/salamon inside
- Cut in halves, dip in tamari and eat straight away or pack in lunch box
