Ingredients
- 3 cups Sushi rice
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- Nori sheets
- Canned tuna
- 1x carrot
- 1x cucumber
- Kewpie mayo
- Salmon packet
Method
- Use a rice cooker to cook the rice. Takes around 15 minutes. Once cooked add the rice wine vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix well and leave to cool.
- Prepare the filling. Combine the tinned tuna with kewpie mayo, chop the carrot and cucumber into small fingers, prepare the salmon into strips.
- Assemble: spread a thin layer of rice over the nori sheet, place your toppings along one end, roll with a sushi mat, wet the end of the nori sheet and stick together. Cut, serve, enjoy!
