
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 1/4 cup sushi seasoning
- Marinated chicken breast
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Assorted Vegetables julienned
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker, transfer to a metal bowl and allow to cool
- Once cooled, add sushi seasoning and mix through
- Assemble rice on seaweed sheet, top with chicken, vegetables and a drizzle of mayo
- Roll up, slice and enjoy!
