Ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 carrot
- 1 lebanese cucumber
- 2Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 2Tbs kewpie
- S&B Wasabi
- Soy sauce
- 1 can tuna
- 1 pkt sushi nori
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions on the packet.
- Drain tuna. Grate the carrot, thinly slice avocado and cucumber.
- Mix rice wine vinegar and kewpie with the sushi rice and cool.
- Lay out 4 sheets of sushi nori, evenly spread the sushi rice between the sheets. Layer the sliced vegetables and tuna on top.
- Tightly roll each one and slice into 8 pieces. Serve with S&B wasabi, pickled ginger and soy sauce.
