Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Kewpie mayo
- Fresh salmon
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Rice wine vinegar
- Nori sheets
- Wasabi
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per instructions on packet, sprinkle with rice wine vinegar (approx 1 teaspoon) and let cool
- To assemble sushi lay nori sheet flat and spread sushi rice over 3/4 of sheet
- Add filings - such as avocado, cucumber, salmon & squeeze a small amount of kewpie mayo on top prior to rolling
- Roll tight & cut into pieces - serve with soy sauce & enjoy fresh
