- Toss the tuna, vegetables and the sesame seeds into a very hot wok and quickly move them around. As soon as the tuna loses its pinkness, add the liquids, stir for 30 seconds and turn the heat off. Serve dressed with a little Japanese roasted sesame dressing and with some pickled ginger on the side.
