Ingredients
- 400g Chicken breast fillet
- 400g Birds Eye Stir-Fry frozen vegetables Shanghai style
- 100g Cashew nuts
- 2 tbs ABC Sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbs Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tbs Ginger powder
- 2 tbs Olive oil
- 1 tbs chopped Chives
- 150g Boiled or steamed rice
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large Wok or frying pan, add thinly sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until browned, remove from Wok, set aside and keep warm.
- Add frozen vegetables to the Wok, along with the ginger powder, ABC sweet soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, stir frying for 4 minutes.
- Toss in the chicken and Cashew nuts and mix thoroughly together, ensuring the nuts are warm but crunchy and covered by the sauce.
- Serve with boiled or steamed rice.Sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy.As simple as ABC.
