
Ingredients
- 400g Chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced.
- 400g Birds Eye Stir-Fry frozen vegetables Shanghai Style.
- 100g Cashew nuts.
- 2 tbs ABC Sweet Soy Sauce.
- 2 tbs Sweet Chilli sauce.
- 1 tbs Ginger powder.
- 2 tbs Olive oil.
- 1 tbs Chives, chopped.
- 150g boiled or steamed rice.
Method
- Heat olive oil in a large Wok or frying pan, add thinly sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until browned. Remove from Wok and set aside and keep warm.
- Add frozen vegetables to the Wok along with the ginger powder, ABC Sweet soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, stir frying for 4 minutes.
- Then toss in the chicken and cashew nuts, mix thoroughly together ensuring the nuts are warm but crunchy and covered by the sauce.
- Serve with boiled or steamed rice.Sprinkle with chopped chives and enjoy.As simple as ABC.
