Ingredients
- 50 ml Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 3 clove of garlic
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of water
Method
- Put 50 ML of kewpie mayonnaise in a bowl
- Grate 3 clove of garlic and mix in the bowl of mayonnaise
- Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Add 1 teaspoon of lemon
- I 2 tablespoons of water
- Then add a bunch of salt, sugar and pepper to taste
- Then mix all ingredients in the bowl
- Sauce is ready to add in the Shawarma
