Ingredients
- Obento Yaki Nori
- Sushi rice
- Chicken
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Kewpie Mayo
- Teriyaki Sauce (optional)
Method
- To make the sushi rice, boil water and turn down, simmer rice for 12 minutes
- Lay out Yaki Nori on a bamboo sheet
- Put down rice and add fillings
- Roll the yaki nori
- Cut the rolls and place in fridge until you’re ready to eat them
