Ingredients
- Dried shiitake Mushrooms soaked and soy sauce and water
- Spring onion, carrot from the garden
- Tofu rice and seaweed and avocado
- All wrapped up in seaweed
- Of course with delicious S & B wasabi on the side
Method
- Cook the rice and add of sauce made up of 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, with 2 tablespoons of white sugar and a pinch of salt, let it cool
- Add it to the seaweed sheets, but don't press too hard
- Add in the ingredients on the top and roll up.Put in the fridge for 45 minutes and slice
