Ingredients
- 3 heaping spoonfuls of Green curry paste
- Enough chicken to feed your hunger (or your whole family)
- A big spoonful of fish sauce
- A generous amount of coconut milk (1 and a half can)
- Veggies of your choice!
- Sprinkle some of the magical sweetness or just brown sugar
- Chili to your tolerance 🔥

- The 🐔 broth with a no-sodium altitude
Method
- Stir-fried your green curry paste with enough coconut milk to form a thick green paste
- Throw in your sliced chicken and stir fried for 2 minutes
- Add in your choice of veggies 🥦 and bamboo shoots 🐼
- Follow by the rest of coconut milk, chicken stock, fish sauce, chilli and brown sugar.
- Boil until it's no longer playing hard to get 🔥
