Ingredients
- 500g Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 440g packet of hokkein noodles (thick or thin!)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peas
- 3 carrots chopped thinly
- 1 capsicum cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup oyester sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or more - measure with your heart)
Method
- Cut chicken into small chunks. Add oil to hot pan or wok over high heat. Add chicken until just cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside. Add vegetables and stor fry until almost cooked. Add and scramble egg with the vegetables.
- Prepare noodles as per packet instructions. Add chicken back in to vegetable and egg mix, along with prepared noodles. Add sauces and stir.
