Ingredients
- Cauliflower 100g
- Cabbage 50g
- Potato 1
- Carrot 1
- Mushroom 3
- Water 500ml
Method
- Add 500ml of water and bring it to a boil.Add potatoes first and cook for about 5 minutes.Then, add cauliflower, cabbage, and mushrooms, and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender
- Reduce the heat to low and add 2 blocks of S&B Golden Curry.Stir gently until the curry dissolves and the broth thickens
