Ingredients
- 250g vermicelli noodle
- 100g chat sui bbq pork
- 200g Prawn meat
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 3/4cup red capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 long red chilli
- 3 tsp ABC kecup Manis
- 2 teaspoons curry power
- White pepper to taste
- 2tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 80g firm tofu
- 3tsp garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 3 tsp oil
Method
- Sauce: mix kecup manis, curry power and Chinese cooking wine. Put to side for nowEggs: tsp oil, Beat 2 eggs pour in to fry pan and make small omelette. Remove from pan and slice. Leave to the side for nowNoodles: soak noodle in boiling water as per packet instructions
- Veggies: add 2tsp oil to pan. slice all vegetables into long thin julienne similar size. Stir fry onion garlic and ginger, add other veggies. Add prawn meat and stir fry for until cooked, add bbq char sui pork, tofu and eggsDrain noodles and add to fry pan
- Poor in half sauce and mix gently, add remaining sauce and mix well. Add a little water if needed to mix through wellOptional: sprinkle with roasted sesame seed and/or fine sliced spring onions
