Ingredients
- 500 g chuck steak
- 400g coconut cream
- 1 jar of valcom massaman curry paste
- Rice
- Potato
- Onion
- Green beans
- Carrot
Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the beef to the pan until browned. Place cooked beef at the bottom of a slow cooker Place onion and potato on top.
- In a separate bowl combine valcom massaman curry paste, coconut milk and 300ml of water to form a sauce.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
- Steam carrot and green beans
- Place cooked rice, cooked curry and steamed veggies into a bowl. Enjoy :)
