Ingredients
- 600g chuck steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 large carrots
- 2 litres beef stock
- 4x packs of noodles
- Golden Curry Japanese curry mix
Method
- Brown Steak and Onion in pan with olive oil
- Place in slow cooker, with 2 litres of stock and 2 litres of water. Add in your Golden Curry mix leave on low for 3-5hrs. Add in your carrots a half way mark.
- Just before done place in noodles and extra water 10minsCook noodles
