Ingredients
- Pork mince 500g
- 1 Brown onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 tsp dary soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp neutral oil
- 3 dried ramen cakes
- Dash white pepper
- Thai basil (optional)
- Sliced birdseye chilli (optional)
Method
- Heat oil in deep large casserole dish or sauce pan.
- Brown pork mince, sliced onion and carrot. 5 mins.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and add to the pan with 1 cup of water.
- Clear a spot in the centre of the pan and add ramen cakes to the liquid. As the noodles cook the starch released will thicken the sauce.
- When noodles are tender, stir ll ingredients to combine.
- Serve and top with Thai basil and finely sliced chilli.
