Ingredients
- 10 wonton wrappers
- 250g pork mince
- 1/2 t ginger
- 2 large cloves garlic crushed
- 80 g mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 spring onion
- 1 t brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T Chinese cooking wine
- 1 T fish sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients except wonton wrappers together in a bowl.
- Place wrappers on bench. Add 1 T of mix to each and squash down so mix reaches out to the edges of wrapper.
- Add 2 T vegetable oil to frypan and place over medium heat.
- Place dumplings meat side down in pan and squash slightly to stick meat to wrapper.
- Cook until browned then flip and cook other side until browned.
- Transfer to a plate with paper towel to soak any excess oil then transfer to a serving plate.
- Can be served with a dipping sauce.
