- 1 slice grain sour dough
- Water chestnuts (for crunch)
- Japanese sesame sauce
- Spring onion to garnish
Method
- Toast sour dough
- Pull apart pre smoked fresh salmon
- Add chestnuts, sesame sauce and sliced spring onion
