Ingredients
- 4x pieces snapper fillet
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 capsicum
- Udon noodles
- Stir fry veggie mix
- Bok Choy
- Red curry paste
- 2 cup vegetable stock
Method
- stir fry paste with the vegetables until soft
- add coconut cream and stock to make the sauce season with lime and soy sauce to taste get the to a boil
- add fresh snapper and udon noodles let cook for 5 minutes until ready to serve
- plate dish and enjoy with friends
