- 7 oz dried soba noodles (buckwheat noodles) (7 oz = 200 g = 2-3 bundles) 1 carrot1 cup of frozen soy beans2 green onions/scallions 1 bunch cilantro (.7 oz = 20 g) 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds (roasted/toasted) For Dressing:1 Tbsp neutral-flavored oil (vegetable, canola, etc) 3 Tbsp sesame oil (roasted) 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers (red pepper flakes) 3 Tbsp honey 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- Chop all the ingredients and cook the noodles as per the instructions on the packet, then combine. To make the dressing, combine vegetable oil, sesame oil, and crushed red peppers in a small saucepan. Wisk over heat for 3 mins, then add the honey and soy sauce, stir until combined and then allow to cool before dressing salad.
