Ingredients
- Wasabi
- Ginger paste
- Somen
- Ponzu
- Cucumber
- Tomatoe
- Ice
- Scrambled egg
Method
- First cook somen noodles, set aside in a bowl of cold water and ice.
- Mix ponzu with water according to instructions, for soup base.
- Cut vegetables and set aside.
- Mix eggs and then scramble.
- Finally assemble: add the ponzu to a bowl and mix in 1x teaspoon of wasabi and ginger paste. Then add somen noodles, followed by the veggies and egg, add ice and serve!
