Ingredients
- Half a block of Tofu
- 1/4 cup Lee Kum Gluten free soy sauce
- 1/2 cup minced garlic
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of microwave brown rice
- Vegan probiotic sauerkraut (optional)
- Fresh chilli (optional)
- Peanut Butter (optional)
- Coconut oil, salt, pepper and hemp seeds for cooking/seasoning
Method
- Gather all your ingridents cut them as desired. After cutting the tofu fry it in a pan with the garlic, soy sauce and coconut oil.
- After the tofu is cooked, let it cool.
- Combine all your ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
