Ingredients
- Valcom Bamboo Shoot slices
- 3 tbsp oil, half onion, 1/2 cup soaked beans, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tomatoes, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1 chilli and coriander leaves
Method
- Heat the pressure cooker Add oilAdd chopped onion Add beans (fry for 2 minutes)Add bamboo shoots slicedAdd all the spices mentioned Add ginger garlic paste (cook for 2 minutes)Add tomatoes slicedAdd coriander leaves and chilli chopped (cook until tomatoes are soft)Add boiling water 2 cupsCover the lid and wait for 3 whistles
