Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 cup vegetable or mushroom broth
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce (adjust based on your taste)
- 1 tbsp oil
- A handful of Cilantro (for garnishing)
- 1 Nori sheet (I used Obento Yaki Nori)
- 2 servings of frozen udon (fresh)
- 2 tbsp chilli powder or 2 fresh chilli's (skip this if chili isn't for you)
Method
- In a pot start by heating the oil and sauté the mushrooms until slightly Brown
- Add the vegetable/mushroom broth and add all the ingredients stated above apart from cilantro and the Nori sheet. Bring it to a boil (you can add other vegetables of your choice at this step)
- Let it boil for about 12-15 minutes and serve in a bowl. Garnish with folded Nori sheets and cilantro.
- Eat it hot!And enjoy it with a friend.
