Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Grated Carrot
- Grated cabbage
- Cucumber
- Kewpie mayo
- Sesame seeds
- Seaweed
- Honey soy chicken sticks
Method
- Cook sushi rice as per packet. Once cooked let it cool slightly.
- Remove chicken from the sticks and cook in a pan
- While these are cooking, grate carrot and cabbage. Chop cucumber how you prefer it. Slice avocado in half, then scoop sliced avado out
- Assemble your bowl, rice first, then half bowl chicken and the other half vegies. Top with sesame seeds and a good squeeze if Kewpie. Place seaweed on the side and make mini sushi roles as you eat
