Ingredients
- 1 Burramandi
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 tablespoons ginger crushed
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Method
- Wash Burramandi, get a knife and score the Burramandi in a diamond pattern on the top side of the fish.
- Place lemon slices in the cavity of the fish. Pour over the Burramandi the ginger, garlic, oil and soy sauce.
- Put wax paper on the sheet pan and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. You can serve with rice and greens.
