Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 5 potatoes (cubed)
- 400mg mince
- 2 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
- A dash of salt
- 100g Peanuts (optional)
Method
- Fry the cubed potatoes (and optional peanuts) until slightly browned and then set aside.
- Fry the mince until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cubed potatoes, optional peanuts, and water to the mince. Place a lid over the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add corn starch to thicken.
- Check the taste, add a dash of salt and more soy sauce if desired.
- Serve over rice. Enjoy!
