Ingredients
- 1 can Spam
- Obento Nori Sheets (10 sheets)
- 4 Eggs (beaten)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Furikake seasoning
Method
- Cut spam into 10 slices. Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 C turning halfway.
- Prepare Obento Nori sheet.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons of cooked rice on one quarter side of the nori sheet. Sprinkle furikake seasoning.
- Put a slice of cooked spam. Put enough egg on top of the spam. Optional slice of cheese.
- Fold the empty side of the nori sheet on top of the rice and spam and fold it together like closing a book. Enjoy!
