
Ingredients
- 2 plates day-old rice (ideal for frying!)
- 3 eggs (2 scrambled, 1 for sunny side up)
- 3 tablespoon ABC sweet soy sauce
- 4-5 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon mushroom seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon MSG
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tea spoon
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 Tomato slices for garnish (optional)
- Lettuce leaves for garnish (optional)
- 5 Red Chilli
- pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon peas
Method
- Blend chilies, garlic, and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry the paste until fragrant (~2 mins). Set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a wok.
- Make sunny side up egg, and set aside. Scramble eggs, then push to one side.
- Add sliced mushrooms, and peas, sauté until tender.
- Add rice, break clumps.
- Pour in ABC sauce, fish sauce, mushroom powder, salt, pepper, and MSG, fry and stir well.
- Add red previous red chilli garlic paste. Mix well!
- Toss in corn and scrambled eggs.
- Drizzle sesame oil, stir-fry 2 mins.
- Plate with lettuce, and garnish it with tomato.
