Ingredients
- Obento Ponzu Sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Silken tofu - 300g packet
- Nori Komi Furikake Rice Seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
- Spring onion - 1 finely chopped
- Fresh Coriander - 2 tablespoons chopped
- Small red chilli - finely chopped (or substitute with a few drops of chilli oil)
- Lime - small wedge (optional)
Method
- Turn out block of tofu onto a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 1minute 15seconds
- Chop shallot, coriander and chilli finely, and cut a wedge of lime.
- Remove tofu from microwave and drain off any liquid on plate.
- Slice tofu into slices of approx 1.5cm-2cm thick and layer on plate as per photo
- Spoon ponzu sauce over the tofu
- Sprinkle shallots, coriander and chilli over tofu
- Top with a sprinkle of rice seasoning mix to finish and a slice of lime to squeeze over.
- Enjoy
