Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breast sliced into thin bite sized pieces
- 2 tbs cornflour
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbs neutral oil
- 2 tbs Lee Kum Kee Premium soy sauce
- 2 tbs dark soy sauce
- 2 tbs Obento Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 3 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 red & yellow capsicum deseeded and sliced thinly
- 1 carrot slice thinly
- Baby corn
- Small bunch of spring onion sliced thinly + garnish
- 1 - 2 long red chillies sliced thinly + garnish
- Ready made noodles for 4, prepared as per packet instructions
Method
- Add oil & heat wok
- Combine soy sauces, vinegar, sugar, sweet chilli sauce, tomato sauce and set aside
- Combine chicken pieces with cornflour and generous amount of salt & pepper
- Cook chicken, once cooked add vegetables and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Add prepared noodles and combined stir fry marinade. Toss until coated and heated through
- Top with extra garnishes.... DELICIOUS & ready on your plate in no time
